About Valley Rising
Valley Rising is a two-day celebration of the Hunter Valley's new-wave winemakers and distillers — the producers rewriting what semillon, shiraz and spirit can be.
Smaller batches. Bigger ideas. Hyper-local. All pouring under one roof at Cypress Lakes, the last weekend of November.
Every producer here works small, local and curious. Meet them in person with a glass in hand.
